The Madhatter Salon 25th February 6pm

Our next Madhatter Salon will take place on 25th February at 6pm at Little Madhatter Emporium.

We are very excited to welcome dear friend of Madhatter Bookshop, Patrick Reade who will be talking to us about his passion for and knowledge of the art and works of Alexander Hardie Williamson.

Hardie Williamson studied at the Royal College of Art and taught there from 1934 to 1955. His main responsibility was for the development of the screen printing department. He was a freelance designer for textiles, glass, ceramics and book decoration. He was a member of the Society of Industrial Artists and Designers. Lived in Sussex where in later life he continued to paint in watercolour.

Tickets are free but limited and must be booked in advance - just click the link below.

The usual refreshment rules apply, feel free to bring your own, we have crockery, glassware and a kettle!

We look forward to welcoming you to an evening of conversation and sharing of thoughts, knowledge and ideas by the fire.
